Your Right to Data Deletion
In accordance with our Privacy Policy and Meta platform requirements, you have the right to request complete deletion of your data from Optify at any time.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon deletion, Optify removes:
- All data stored in your project library.
- Advertising metrics and campaign data from Meta ad accounts.
- Generated analytical reports.
- Technical Telegram account identifiers.
- Any manually added data.
Deleted data is no longer used for analytics or AI training.
How to Delete Your Data
You can delete your data in two ways:
- Directly in the application — users can delete data from their project library within the Optify Telegram bot.
- Via support — send a deletion request to bot.optify@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion" or contact @optify_manager on Telegram.
After Deletion
- Your data is permanently removed from Optify's systems.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered.
- Data previously excluded from AI training remains excluded permanently.
