This Privacy Policy describes how Optify collects, uses, stores, and protects user data. By using Optify, you agree to this Policy.

2. What is Optify

Optify is an analytical service that uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate advertising reports based on data from Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad accounts.

Optify does not manage advertising campaigns and is used solely for analytics and reporting.

3. Authorization and Access to Ad Data

Optify accesses advertising data via official Facebook Development Tools (Facebook App).

Users authorize access themselves via Facebook.
Optify does not store Facebook passwords or login credentials.
Optify does not access personal Facebook profiles.
Access is limited to data explicitly permitted by the user.
Optify operates in read-only mode.

4. Data We Collect

Optify may process:

advertising metrics from Meta ad accounts;
campaign, ad set, and creative names;
data manually added by users to project libraries;
information provided during custom report creation;
technical Telegram account identifiers.

Optify does not collect:

passwords;
payment information;
private Facebook or Instagram messages.

5. Data Storage and Deletion

Data is stored in the user's project library.
Data is stored indefinitely until deleted by the user.
Users can delete data directly in the application.
Users may also request deletion via support.
Deleted data is no longer used for analytics or AI training.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence

AI is used to analyze data and generate reports.
AI may be trained on anonymized reports to improve the service.
Users can opt out of AI training by contacting support.
Opted-out data is excluded from future AI training.

7. Data Sharing

Optify does not sell or share user data with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Telegram Access

Access to Optify is provided via a Telegram bot.
Only minimal technical data is used.
Browser-only access is not currently available.

9. Data Security

Optify implements technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

10. Changes to This Policy

Optify may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available within the service.
